Learning paths, labs, and field notes for modern infrastructure teams Cohort 12 opens in March

Send a note about a module, a bug, or a course question

Tell us what you were working through and where it stopped making sense. If your question is about a specific lesson in the programming or digital systems track, name the section so we can point you to the right material instead of sending a generic reply.

We read every message ourselves. Most questions about course structure, module order, or a stuck exercise get a reply within two working days. If your note is about an account or enrolment detail, mention it in the first line so it lands with the right person.

Support channels and how fast we reply

Questions about a module, a broken exercise, or an account that will not let you back in — send them through the channels below. We read every message ourselves, so replies come from someone who can actually look at your code or your progress record, not a scripted queue.

Email

Best for anything with detail: error output, a screenshot of a failing test, or a question about module prerequisites. Attach what you have and we can answer in the first reply instead of asking twice.

Phone

Useful when a lesson will not load or you are stuck mid-exercise and typing it out would take longer than explaining it. Keep your module name and browser handy before you call.

Post

For written correspondence, enrolment paperwork, or anything that needs a signature on it. Post is checked on working days, so expect a slower turnaround than email.

Response times

  • Email: within one working day for course and account questions. Technical issues with a specific exercise usually get a same-day reply.
  • Phone: answered during working hours; if we miss you, leave the module name and we call back.
  • Weekends and public holidays: messages arrive, but replies wait until the next working day.
  • Complex debugging: if your question needs us to reproduce a bug in a module, allow two working days.

Before writing, it is worth checking the FAQ — most questions about module order, exercise resets, and account access are already answered there, and you can act on them immediately.
